We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been registered in our system. Please note that it may take up to an hour for this email to be sent.
Once your order has been packaged and sent from our warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation that will let you trace your parcel.

We want you and your pet to be delighted with your purchase from Pet Randoms. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please review our Return Policy.

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
