Notice:
Before power on, the water level needs to be above the filter pump.(about 2/3 of the tank). Otherwise it will not work or even cause the pump to break.
Daily maintenance
Add water
Water will evaporate naturally in the air, so it is necessary to check the water level regularly and add new water in time to ensure that the pump is completely submerged.
Check the water pump
Regularly check whether the water pump is working normally (a little noise is normal when the water pump is working). If the water pump does not work, there may be impurities stuck inside. Please disassemble and clean it. If it does not resume normal work, please contact us.
Water change and cleaning
